I’ve finally found the way to make it work!
I’m not a final user but as far as i’ve got from my collegues feedback it works pretty well!
First we need to install A LOT OF DEPENDENCIES !!!
yum erase wine wine-*
yum install samba-winbind-clients -y
yum groupinstall 'Development Tools' -y
yum install libjpeg-turbo-devel libtiff-devel freetype-devel -y

Now it’s time to compile and install Wine. Notice that we’re installing the win32 first.
cd /usr/src
cp /tmp/install_scripts/wine-6.0.tar.xz ./
tar -xf wine-${ver}.tar.xzcd wine-6.0
mkdir -p wine32 wine64 cd wine64
../configure --enable-win64 CFLAGS="-g -O2 -std=gnu99"
make -j 8 cd ../wine32
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig ../configure --with-wine64=../wine64 CFLAGS="-g -O2 -std=gnu99"
make -j 8
make install cd ../wine64
make install
Here instead i’m using winetricks to speedup a bit the M$ libraries process…
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Win…winetricks
chmod +x winetricks
WINEPREFIX=~/.wine/ ./winetricks vcrun2010 vcrun2008 corefonts win10 vb6run vcrun6 wsh57 vcrun2010 vcrun2008 vcrun2012 vcrun2013 vcrun2015 vcrun2019 dxvk
